NOTICE OF MEETING
Annual General Meeting
on June 14, 2022 at 7:30 p.m.

Please find attached the convocation notice for the lac St-Louis Region 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM), as well as the proposed agenda, nomination form and delegate designation form. If your club already held its AGM and your club now has a new President and / or new board members, please provide their names and position so that we can forward this notice to them.

Since the AGM will be held remotely, it will start at 7:30PM and detailed instructions will be provided to help with the conference call access and the voting procedure.
